  • 1 cup Brown Rice.
  • 1 Carrot.
  • 1 Sweet Potato.

  • ½ Cup Chicken Breast.
  • 3 Cup Water.

Procedure:

The first step starts by soaking the rice in water for 2 hours. Take a saucepan, add soaked rice and 3 cups of water in it. Turn on the flame to high and wait for the first boil. When the water starts boiling, add chicken, carrot, sweet potato, and beans.

When the water boils again, now cover the saucepan with a lid, and cook it for around 30 minutes. After the desired time, check the ingredients, and stir it for once or twice after each 1 minute. When the element gets fork tender, turn off the flame, and let the parts cool down.

Transfer the ingredients into a food processor, and blend it until it gives you a smooth texture. For a more softer consistency, you can add the remaining liquid of saucepan in it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Chicken Breast.
  • ½ Cup Apple.
  • ½ Normal Size Carrot.
  • ½ Cup Rice.
  • 1 Cup Milk or Vegetable Broth.

Procedure:

First of all, rinse the rice with water for 1 minute using a tea strainer. Take a saucepan, add 1 cup of water and rice in it. Cover the pan with a filter or strainer, and add the other ingredients on it. Turn on the flame, cover the filter or strainer, and cook until all the ingredients get tender.

Transfer the ingredients in a food processor, and the last thing you should add in the ingredients is the liquid, so it gets a proper consistency. For more than 12 months age of baby, you can add regular milk. But for under 12, you have to add vegetable broth, breast milk, or formula milk. Take a saucepan, and add water in it. Add the raw onion, chicken, potato, carrots, tomato, and rice in it. Cook the ingredients until it gets tender. Transfer it into a food processor, also remove the liquid from it for later.

You can store this recipe for 2 or three days in your refrigerator, and 1 or 2 months in your freezer.

  • 1 Butternut Squash.
  • 1 Cup Chicken Breast.
  • 1 Tbsp Cereal.

Procedure:

Add water in a saucepan, and let it boiled. When the water boils, add the chicken and butternut squash in it. Cook the ingredients until it gets tender. Transfer it in a bowl, and cut the butternut squash into small pieces.

Transfer the butternut squash pieces, and chicken into a food processor, and add the boiled water in it. Blend until it gives you a smooth texture.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Chicken Breast.
  • 3 OZ Rice.
  • ½ cup Onion.
  • 1 Tomato.
  • 4 Broccoli (Florets).

Procedure

Take a saucepan, add the water, and wait for the boil. Add the rice, and stir the ingredients so the rice couldn’t stick with the pan. When the water gets properly boiled, add the pieces of chicken, and simmer the ingredients on a lower flame for 15 minutes more.

  • 1 Zucchini (Peeled and Chopped).
  • 1 Yam.

The first step starts by cutting the vegetables, including garlic. It’s an option for you to peel the zucchini, but the yam needs to peel, and you should also remove the middle part of the yam as it’s hard, and your baby couldn’t chew it properly.

Put the ingredients in a saucepan, add water, cover the lid, and let it boil until it gets tender. Meanwhile, take a frying pan, add the chicken pieces, and cook it without any oil. When the chicken gets properly cooked, transfer it in a food processor along with other ingredients.

  • 1 or 2 tbsp Chicken Broth.

Procedure

Take a saucepan, add some butter, and the onions and fry it. When the onion starts changing its color, add the pumpkin, apple, apple juice, and chicken broth in it. Cook the ingredients until the pumpkin get tender.

Before turning off the flame, add the chicken, and cook it for 5 to 6 minutes as this recipe doesn’t allow to over-cook the chicken. Transfer the ingredients into a food processor, and blend it until it gives you a smooth texture.

Note: This recipe is good for more than nine months age of the baby. Moreover, you can also eat this pasta with a pinch of salt.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Chicken Stock.
  • 400 grams of chicken.
  • 250 grams Tomato.
  • ½ cup Red Lentils.
  • 2 Carrots.
  • 2 cups Pasta.
  • 1 Onion.
  • 1 cup of Peas.
  • Oregano.
  • Cumin.
  • Thyme.
  • Basil.
  • Oil.

Procedure

The first step starts by peeling the onion and cut it into pieces along with garlic and basil. Also, grate the carrots too.

After completing the first step, take a saucepan, add 1 or 2 tsp oil of your choice, and cook the onions for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the minced chicken, garlic, thyme, and oregano in it. Keep stirring the ingredients until the chicken gets brown.

Add the lentils, tomatoes, cumin, and chicken stock, and stir. Now, cover the lid, and leave the ingredients to cook for another 25 minutes. After cooking for 15 minutes, add the peas, basil, and carrots, and cook it for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in a saucepan for 10 minutes. When the pasta gets tender, drain it. Transfer the pasta into the ingredients, and mix it well.

When the pasta gets ready, take the desired amount of it, and transfer it into a food processor. Blend the ingredient until it gives you the desired consistency.
