1. Coconut, banana, and Oats Porridge Recipe for Babies
- ½ cup Oats (Cooked).
- 2 Tbsp coconut (shredded).
- 1 cup of water.
- 1 banana (ripped and chopped).
Take a saucepan, add 1 cup of water, and other ingredients. Cook until the ingredients give you a smooth texture. Transfer the porridge into a baby bowl, and wait until it gets lukewarm. If your baby loves banana, then top it with 2 or 3 slices.
2. Banana, Avocado, and Almonds Pancake Recipe for Babies

3. Banana, Apple, and Pear Recipe for Babies
- 1 Apple.
- 1 banana.
- 1 Pear.
Peel and cut the apple and pear into pieces. Transfer these two ingredients into a steamer, and cook it for 15 minutes or until it gets tender. Transfer the ingredients into a food processor, and add the pieces of banana in it. Now blend the ingredients until it gives you a smooth texture.
Note: You can also make the ingredient in a large quantity and freeze it for at least one month, but the banana needs to be fresh whenever you feed this recipe to your baby.

6. Banana and Kiwi Recipe for Babies
- 1 Banana.
- 1 Kiwi.
In this recipe, both of the ingredients don’t cook. Just peel the kiwi and cut it down into pieces, and banana doesn’t need to peel or cut. Transfer the ingredients into a food processor, and blend it until it gives you a smooth texture.
Note: Kiwi tends to be good for a baby who is 12 months of age so, it’s better to make this recipe only for at least 12 months age of the baby.
7. Banana, apple, and Rice Porridge Recipe for Babies
- 1/2 Cup Rice.
- 1 Banana.
- 1 Apple (Peel and chopped).
- 2 cups water.
- 3 Tbsp Milk (Breast or Formula).
Put two cups of water in a saucepan, add rice and apple. Cook all the ingredients until you realize that it gets tender, Add more water if required. In the end, add the pieces of banana into the saucepan, and blend all the ingredients with an immersion blender until it gives you a smooth texture. Want more creamy texture then you can add 2 to 3 tbsp of milk as well.
Note: The amount of ingredients used in this recipe is not for one meal so, you can either freeze it in small containers, or you can also less the ingredients quantity as well.
8. Banana, Quinoa, Apple, and Dates Recipe for Babies
- ¼ Cup dry Quinoa.
- 1 Cup Water.
- 1 Apple (Peel and Chopped).
- 2 Dates (Chopped).
- 1 Banana.
Take a strainer, add dry quinoa, and properly rinse it with water. Take a saucepan, add water, and quinoa in it. When the water boils, cover the pan with a lid, and cook it for 7 to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add apple, and dates in it. The reason for adding dates in these ingredients is to provide sweetness in the recipe as sugar is an unhealthy ingredient for babies.
After adding all the ingredients, cover the lid, and cook it for the next 30 minutes. Now transfer the ingredients into a food processor, and add banana. Blend the ingredients until it gives you a smooth texture.
Note: The blending option varied with the age of your baby. If your baby is of 18 months or 2 years you can mash this ingredient with spoon as well, and serve it. Blending is necessary for less than 12 months age of baby.
Moreover, this recipe can be stored for 1 or two months easily, but the banana always needs to be fresh at the time of feeding.
9. Papaya and Banana Puree Recipe for Babies
- Half Papaya(Peel and Chopped).
- 1 Banana.
- 1 cup Water.
Steam the papaya for 3 to 5 minutes or until it gets tender. Transfer the ingredients into a food processor, and blend it until it gives you a smooth texture. You can also steam banana, but as it’s already soft, no need to steam it.
10. Banana and Spinach Puree Recipe for Babies
- 1 Banana (Ripe).
- 1 Handful Spinach (Washed).
Transfer both ingredients into a blender, and add desired water in it. Blend the ingredients until it gives you the desired consistency, and Pour it in a baby bowl. Spinach and banana both are good for baby health.
11. Zero Sugar Banana bread Recipe for Babies [+9 Months]
- 7 or 8 dates (Soak for 20 minutes).
- 2 or 3 banana (Mashed).
- 120 ml of coconut oil.
- 500 grams flour.
- 1 tsp baking soda.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 3 eggs.
- 4 oz. Plain coconut yogurt.
As we are not using sugar in this recipe because it is not good for less than 12 months baby. So, we are using dates that are good for baby health, and it also provides a sweet flavor as well. The first step starts by soaking the dates for 20 minutes.
In the meantime, mash the bananas into a small bowl. Add baking soda, baking powder, and salt into the 500-gram flour, and mix it well.
After 20 minutes, remove the seeds of dates, and transfer it into a food processor, and add the half cup of soaked water in it. Blend the dates until it gives you a smooth paste.
Take a bowl, add dates paste, eggs, and whisk it. When the ingredients get mixed, add the coconut oil, milk, banana, and whisk the ingredients again. Add the dry ingredients in a way so they will mix in the other ingredients.
Pour it in a silicon baby food tray, or you can also use a bread shaped loaf pan as well. Bake the ingredients into 325 Fahrenheit for 35 minutes.
Note: The time of baking these ingredients vary with the type of baking equipment you are using. For baby food tray of small shapes, it requires a maximum of 35 minutes of baking while other big bread shaped type tray needs 60 minutes for proper baking.
You can also know whether the bread is ready or not by just using toothpick rule. If the toothpick remains dry, it means the recipe is ready to serve.
12. Mango and Banana Puree Recipe for Babies
- 1 Mango (Peel and chopped).
- 1 Banana.
All you need is a normal size mango that needs to be peel and slice into pieces. Add the banana and mango into a food processor, and blend it until it gives you a smooth texture.
13. Plum and Banana Puree Recipe for Babies
- 1 or 2 Plums.
- 1 Banana.
Cut the plum into two pieces, and remove its seeds. Transfer the ingredients into a food processor, and blend it until it reaches the desired consistency. Now transfer the puree into a strainer, use a spoon to strain it so, the smooth texture strain inside the bowl, and the solid will remains into the strainer.
14. Strawberry and Banana Porridge Recipe for Babies
- 1 Banana.
- 4 Strawberries.
- 2 tbsp Oat (Powder).
Take a saucepan, add 1 cup of water, and cover until it boils. Now add oats, stir it properly, and cook for 2 minutes. Now slice the banana, and strawberries, and add it too in the saucepan. Again cover the lid, and cook the ingredients on low heat for 2 minutes or until you feel that the ingredients get properly tender.
Either you can mash it with a masher, or you can also use a blender as well. Blending process made it smoother in texture, which would be good for your baby.

17. Apple, strawberry, and Banana Puree Recipe for Babies
- 1 Apple (Peeled and Chopped).
- 1 Banana.
- 3 to 4 Strawberries (Chopped).
Take a saucepan to add some water and all the ingredients except banana. Cover it with a lid, and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer the ingredients into a food processor, add banana, and blend it until it gives you the desired consistency. If you need more smooth texture, then you can add a bit of remaining water, and blend it for 30 seconds more. Transfer it into a bowl, and serve.

- 1 Banana.

19. Banana and Apricot Puree Recipe for Babies
- 3 to 4 Apricots (ripe and cut it down into chunks).
- ½ Banana.
The procedure is very easy, as all you need to do is to add the ingredients in a food processor and blend it until it gives you the desired consistency.
20. Banana, Plums, and Zucchini Puffs Recipe for Babies [+6 Months]
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil.
- 1 Small Banana.
- ½ Cup Plums.
- ½ cup Zucchini (Grated and Squeezed).
- ½ cup oat baby cereal.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
The first step starts by grating the zucchini and then squeeze it to dry it as much as you can. Transfer the zucchini into a food processor and add banana, plums, oat baby cereal, baking powder, and coconut oil in it. Blend the mixture until it gives you a smooth texture. For your desired consistency, add 1 or 2 tbsp of water, and blend it again.
After completing the process, transfer the mixture into a pastry bag, and cut the edge of it. Place a parchment paper on an oven tray, and now add the mixture one by one of a small baby puff shape, and remember to leave some space between it.
Now the baking process starts, so all you need to do is to bake it for 10 minutes at 350F. After 10 minutes, reduce the temperature to 250F, and bake it for another 30 minutes, until it becomes crispy.
Note: You can either store the baked puffs in a container for a week/10days, or you can store it in a refrigerator for almost 3 weeks.
21. Sweet Potato, and Banana Puree Recipe for Babies
- 1 Normal size Sweet Potato (Peel and Chopped).
- 1 Banana.
Steam the sweet potato, transfer it into a food processor and add banana in it. Blend the ingredients until it gives you a smooth texture.
22. Banana Toast Bites Recipe for Babies
- 1 Banana.
Mash the banana with a fork or using a blender, add 1 or 2 tbsp milk, and mix it well. Now spread the mixture on both sides of bread. On the other side, put butter in a frying pan, heat until it melts. Now fry both sides of bread properly. Transfer the bread toast into a plate, and cut it down into baby bite-size pieces.
23. Banana and Peas Puree Recipe for Babies
- 1 or 2 tbsp Peas (Boiled).
- 1 Banana.
Add the peas and banana into a food processor, and blend it until it gives you the desired consistency. You can add 1 Tbsp of water as well if you want a more smooth consistency.
24. Banana and Pear Pan Cakes Recipe for Babies [8+ Month]
- 2 Eggs (Separate yolk from the whites).
- 1 Banana (Mashed and ripped).
- 150 ML Sparkling water.
- 4 Tbsp Organic Flour.
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil.
- 1 Pear (Finely Grated).
First of all, whisk the yolks, and add all the other ingredients in it. Now Whisk the whites individually and also include it on the ingredients, and whisk it well again. Take a non-stick frying pan, add the mixture to a small pancake size shape, and cook it properly.
25. Banana Breast Milk Ice Cream Recipe for Babies
- 1/2 Banana (Sliced).
- 1 oz Breast Milk.
Freeze the sliced banana for 2 hours or more. Now take a food processor, add milk and frozen banana in it, and blend it. You can either store it for 1 hour more on the freezer, or immediately feed it to your baby.
26. Banana Yogurt Melts Recipe for Babies
- 1 cup Banana (Chopped).
- 1 cup greek yogurt.
First of all, blend both ingredients into a food processor, and transfer it in a pastry bag. Take a steel plate, and cover it with a parchment paper. Now shape the mixture into small size dots over the parchment paper, and freeze it for 30 minutes.
Note: You can also add some other fruits as well with a banana to make it a totty fruity kind melts for your babies, and they will hopefully like it as well.
27. Carrot and Banana Puree Recipe for Babies
- 1 Carrot (Steamed).
- 1 Banana.
Take a food processor, add the ingredients, and blend it until it gives you the desired consistency. You can also add water as well to create an extra smooth consistency.
28. Orange and Banana Oat Bites Recipe for Babies
- 1 Banana.
- 40 ml of Orange juice.
- 1 cup rolled oats.
First of all, mash the banana with the help of work. Add the other ingredients, and mix well. Prepare the baking tray with a parchment paper, and with the help of a spoon, shape the oat mixture into a baby bite-size cookie shape.
While doing this process, make sure to pre-heat your oven to 170 c as well. Now shift the baking tray into the oven, and bake it for 10 minutes. At the end leave it so, it properly cools down.
29. Banana and Oat Fingers Recipe for Babies
- ¼ cup oats.
- ½ cup of water.
- ½ banana (sliced).
Take a saucepan, add water and oat in it, stir it properly, and bring to a boil. When the water starts boiling, lower the heat, and cook it for 5 minutes. Now add the banana, stir it again, and remove it from heat. Spread the mixture in a microwave-safe, and make sure to press it with a spoon so it can come out in one piece when it cooked.
Bake it for around 3 minutes on a high temperature in the microwave. If the mixture is still mushy, cook it for another one or two minutes. Now remove it from the bowl, and cut it down into baby finger size pieces, and serve it.
30. Ice cream banana mint milkshake recipe for babies [12+ month]
- ½ cup Ice cream (Any flavor).
- 1 Banana.
- 4 to 5 mint leaves.
Add all the ingredients into a food processor, and blend it properly. You can also top milkshake with some extra ice cream as well.
31. Banana and Mango Popsicle Recipe for Babies
- 2 Mangos (Peeled and cut into pieces).
- ½ banana (slice).
- 1 tbsp Agave Nectar.
- 1 cup whole milk.
- BPA free Pop Molds.
Add all the ingredients into a food processor, blend it until you get desired consistency. Pour the mixture on a Pop mold, and freeze it for an hour. Use warm water, to easily take out the pop cap without broking it.
Note: You can use a different color of pop molds so, your baby gets more attraction toward this recipe.

- 2 bananas (Peeled).
- 1 cup Kale (Steamed).
- 1 Cup Yogurt.
Add all the ingredients into a food processor, and blend it until it gives you the desired consistency. Always feed it chilled, as it enhances the quality of this recipe.
