When you properly scoop it, now mash it with the help of the spoon until it gives you a smooth texture, and your recipe is ready to serve.
Note: 1 teaspoon of this puree is enough for an age of 6 month baby, 2 teaspoon of this puree is enough for the age of 7 to 8 months baby, 1 Tablespoon puree is enough for the age of 9 to 10 months baby, and ¼ cup of puree is enough for the age of 12 months of baby.
2. Avocado and Banana Puree for babies
- ½ normal size Banana pieces or 1tbspoon banana puree.
- Mashed Avocado 1tbspoon.
- Fork or spoon.
The first step starts by cutting a half normal size banana into two pieces. Mash the banana with the help of fork or spoon. When the banana gives you an ideal texture, measure the quantity with the help of tablespoon, and add 1tbspoon mashed avocado in it. - ¾ cup all-purpose flour.
- ¼ cups almond meal.

- ¼ tsp salt.

9. Green Beans, Chicken, and Avocado recipe for babies
- Chicken Breast piece (Half).
- Green beans.
- Oven Tray.
- Extra Virgin Oil.
- Parchment Paper.
First of all, massage both sides of the chicken breast piece with extra virgin olive oil. Place the chicken on a parchment paper, and bake it in the oven for 45 minutes. - 1 cup Quinoa.
- 6 to 7 Blackberries.
- Half Normal size Avocado.
- ½ Normal size Banana.
The process starts by rinsing the Quinoa with water using a strainer. Take a saucepan, add some water, and quinoa in it. When the water boils, lower the heat, cover the saucepan, and boil it for 15 minutes.
When the quinoa boiled properly, add all the other ingredients in it, and blend it properly. If you need a more smooth texture, then add breast milk, formula milk, or water in it. The food is ready to serve, and it can be freeze for at least 2 to 3 days.
